By accessing and using AI-RCADE ("the Service"), operated by AI-RCADE ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AI-RCADE is an entertainment platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate playable browser-based games on demand. Users can request custom games by describing what they want to play, and our AI generates a playable game in real time. The Service also provides a catalog of pre-built games.
The Service uses a virtual credit system ("quarters"). New users receive a complimentary allocation of credits upon first visit. Additional credits can be purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocations at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
We offer the following purchase options: individual credit purchases ($1.00 for 4 quarters) and unlimited session passes ($10.00 for unlimited quarters during a single session, subject to AI generation rate limits). Rate limits exist to ensure fair usage and service availability for all users.

Games generated by the Service are created by artificial intelligence based on user prompts. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content. Generated games are provided "as-is" for entertainment purposes only. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or refuse to generate content that violates our acceptable use policy.
Users retain the right to play and enjoy games generated during their sessions. Games saved to the user's library remain accessible as long as the Service is operational. We do not claim ownership of user-provided prompts, but we may use anonymized prompt data to improve the Service.
The AI-RCADE name, logo, visual design, and underlying technology are the property of AI-RCADE. Pre-built template games are our original works. AI-generated games may contain elements inspired by existing games; we make no claims of ownership over third-party intellectual property, and users should not use the Service to intentionally create infringing content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read and agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
